Usage
rft statusOutputs a compact one-line string showing how many worktree stacks are running:
rft: 3/5 upOutput Formats

| Some running | rft: 3/5 up |
| All running | rft: all 5 up |
Designed for shell prompt integration. Outputs nothing and exits silently outside a git repository.
